The two entities have been closely linked since Mid-2017 as Blue Dream Industries provided advisory services to the young fledgling merchandise brand founded by Anthony L. Hemans. In a custodial type of arrangement Blue Dream Industries registered and owned greenthumbdynasty.com, greenthumbdynasty.net and greenthumbdynasty.org in February, 2017 as well as the Federal trademark on the Green Thumb Dynasty brand name, logo and the All Grams No Scams tagline in February, 2018.
