Wilmington, Massachusetts Apr 23, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - Bettors Anonymous, a fellowship of men and women dedicated to helping each other recover from their common problem of compulsive gambling, announced that its website can now be found at bettors-anonymous.org, now with a dash (“-”) between the words “bettors” and “anonymous”.
Bettors Anonymous’ recently acquired its new domain name bettors-anonymous.org out of necessity after losing control of its old domain name “bettorsanonymous” (with no dash) .org under sad circumstances. In 2018, the Bettors Anonymous original member who managed the old domain name passed away after an extended illness; during that time, the domain expired. This was discovered by other members too late to renew the domain.
Bettors Anonymous’ former domain name “bettorsanonymous” dot-org went up for public auction in February 2019. The domain was awarded to the high bidder, an unknown outside party that has no affiliation whatsoever with Bettors Anonymous.
The Bettors Anonymous website can now be found at its new domain name: bettors-anonymous.org.
