Canadian vehicle logistics provider backs one of Alberta's biggest sporting weeks
Automoves, Canada's leading finished vehicle logistics provider, served as an official sponsor of the 2026 ATB Classic presented by Building Trades of Alberta. The tournament ran from September 14 to 20 at Blackhawk Golf Club in Edmonton. The ATB Classic is among the flagship Canadian stops on PGA TOUR Americas, where emerging professionals play for points toward Korn Ferry Tour membership and a route to the PGA TOUR.
The 2026 edition drew a 144-player field and closed out the full-field portion of the PGA TOUR Americas season. The leading 60 players on the points list moved on to the season-ending championship in the Dominican Republic. Charlie Crockett of Surrey, England, took the title with a closing round of 66, his first victory in a PGA TOUR Americas-sanctioned event. The ATB Classic has been on the tour for two decades, and its alumni include PGA TOUR winners Taylor Pendrith, Corey Conners and Jake Knapp.
Two of Automoves' operations sit in Alberta, in Edmonton and Calgary, which are also the two cities set to alternate as tournament hosts through 2029 under ATB Financial's extended title sponsorship. Blackhawk Golf Club takes 2026 and 2028, with Mickelson National Golf Club in Calgary hosting in 2027 and 2029.
