About the Author
LIONEL BARRY HARRIS is a native of Saint Louis, MO. After serving a three-year tour in the US Army, he persistently pursued his writing desires while, simultaneously, engaging in a whole gamut of diverse and interesting jobs. Along with managing a large janitorial facility in the state of Indiana, he, alternately, returned to his hometown in Missouri and was (subsequently) employed by the federal government - both, 'The Potter Electric' and 'Wagner Electric companies, the St. Louis Police Department, and (the most enduring and gratifying of them all), the Saint Louis Public Schools at the high school level. In addition to the thirty-four years he worked there, he also served part-time in the GED program (nine years) and was adept as a department store salesman as well. Then, after retirement, Harris drove a school bus for the Ferguson-Florissant School District (six years) and, alternately, proceeded to drive a courtesy bus for senior citizens in St. Louis County to cap off his work history.
