The book follows five women coming from different racial backgrounds — African American, Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, and Native American — competing for a top executive position at a Fortune 500 company. They are all driven, educated, and on top of their game. However, unknown to them, the CEO of the company is a madman who, in the guise of benevolence, is brewing a sinister plan.

The book paints a picture of what society could look like if women and people of colour are liberated from societal constraints.
