Since September 1, 2019, the Gem Project has operated in downtown Atlanta providing resources and training in the areas of economic development, entrepreneurship, and finance.
Events such as the EVOLVE Summit and the E3 Men’s Summit began dialogues that fostered unification and growth that transcended across racial, gender, and sexual orientation divides.
The GEM Project is also home to the dynamic gospel group, Genesis Of Praise, under the direction of Minister in Training Gerald Jahrome Campbell and Minister of Music Lanell Gray.
Today the GEM Project delivers the gospel of Jesus to the entire Atlanta metropolitan area by expanding into its 2nd location located on Panola Road in Lithonia, GA.
On Sunday, September 13, 2020, @ 6 pm, the GEM Project Church will celebrate 365 days of successful ministry with our Official Pastoral Installation and Elevation Service. Bishop-Elect Troy Sanders of Rehoboth Fellowship Of Atlanta will officiate the service. Pastor Designate Deedria Chauntee will be installed as the Lead Pastor. Pastor Christine Anderson who serves as the executive pastor and Pastor Dr. Robert Crawford II who serves as the assistant pastor will also be installed at said time.
Other candidates for elevation include Gerald Jahrome Campbell, Arteria Ferguson, Dontez Love, Melvin Pitts, Moe Smith, and Saavedra Ivey.
