Assistance Services Institute for Asians in N.A Presents Diversity Cultural Fest & Small Business Mixer in Glendale, CA

ASIAINA is inviting Asians and Minorities to collaborate at its first Diversity Cultural Fest and Small Business Mixer event on November 12 in Glendale, CA, to help Asians and other underserved minorities with their legacy business ventures.

Glendale, California Oct 26, 2022 (Issuewire.com)  - The Assistance Services Institute for Asians in North America – ASIANA – presents its 1st Diversity Cultural Fest & Small Business Mixer on Nov. 12 to celebrate Asian & diverse minority cultures and help Asian and minority women and youth learn how to build capacities for their creative and healthcare projects.

Online registration is now open for the Nov. 12 event planned from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Incarnation Glendale Auditorium, 1001 N. Brand Blvd. The event is designed for Asian and diverse minority groups, primarily women and youth who are artists, creatives, media talents, and healthcare providers seeking start-up technology assistance and minority-owned businesses seeking funding. The event is sponsored by: GLOBAL MEDICAL GROUP OF COMPANIES, MD MEDICAL TRANSPORT, OPTIMIZE MEDIA MARKETING, & LANELLE HEALTH PRO CARE

ASIANA’s CEO and founder, Nellie Reyes Schwab, established the nonprofit with the help of her five co-founders to uplift other Asians and underserved diverse communities now living in North America to develop their skills and launch their legacy businesses and bridge the gap between America's best practices and their traditional way of doing business in their countries of origin and improve the quality of their service deliveries to their chosen niches.

“We are the only Asian and diverse minority community of highly-skilled technology, funding, and technical assistance experts in North America who can help you build your future legacies,” Nellie said. Further, her slogan reads, "No Asians and minorities left behind !"

The event provides opportunities to network and build connections. There’s still time for minority-owned businesses to showcase their brands and register as a sponsor or be part of the small business mixer to close a collab or a deal! Attendees are also encouraged to dress to represent their favorite nation’s culture.

The event features a special guest, the Hon. Consul General Edgar Badajos of the Philippine Consulate General office in Los Angeles and sessions with experts on topics ranging from diversity/equality/inclusion (DEI), branding, marketing, wealth-building, optimizing technology, and building community partnerships for women and youth empowerment, social justice, performing arts, and community development.
