Towcester, Northamptonshire Apr 2, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - APS is delighted to announce that it has now acquired Merlin Bodycraft, which will now be trading under the new name of APS Merlin Bodycraft (Brackley) Ltd.
The new business will remain at the same premises, Unit 3, Barrington Court, directly opposite the APS workshop and next to the APS Specialist Vehicles showroom.
The timing of this acquisition will see David Knight, who joined Merlin in 2001, stay on as a director. With a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years, David shares our very high levels of workmanship and standards.
Richard Thompson, the original founder of Merlin, will now retire from the business and we wish him well for the future.
Over the course of the next few months APS plans to invest significantly in the premises and equipment and we are delighted that we will be able to offer our customers the enhancement of not only our specialist workshop services and facilities but now also bodywork repairs of all kinds - and all from the same site in Brackley, Northamptonshire.
We will be posting regular updates on our social media pages and newsletters as well as launching a new dedicated website.
