“Health is not only clinical — it is emotional, social, and structural,” said Mabel Lei. “Rare in Fashion™ expands the definition of health by advocating for dignity, visibility, and inclusive participation.”

Monica Jones added:

“Our delegation is presenting a structured, measurable initiative aligned to the Miss Progress evaluation framework. Rare in Fashion™ connects inclusive design to public health engagement in a disciplined way.”

Miss Progress International, founded in Italy in 2010 by President Giuseppina Nobile, evaluates delegates based on feasibility, impact, and solution-oriented project design.
