Hollywood, California Jun 16, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Lumen Actus Productions announced today that acclaimed comedic actress Anna Faris (Scary Movie, Mom) has officially joined the cast of the upcoming satirical science fiction comedy feature film, Leapfrog.
Faris is set to star as Aura, a central character in the film. Leapfrog is directed by multi-award-winning filmmaker Tom Konkle (Trouble Is My Business), with a screenplay co-written by Zander Schaus, who also serves as a producer on the project.

Faris is best known for her iconic lead roles in the global Scary Movie franchise, The House Bunny, and her critically acclaimed run on CBS’s hit sitcom Mom.
