Martocci brings more than 25 years of senior-level employee benefits experience to his new role.

Martocci’s extensive background includes executive leadership in areas of risk management, product development, underwriting, operations and sales distribution at Colonial Life, AIG and Guardian Life where he developed a multi-year plan to guide the organization into the worksite industry.
Martocci serves as an Advisory Member of the Workplace Benefits Association Board where he was nominated for 2015’s “Worksite Sales and Marketing Hall of Fame” and is a member of the Employers Council of Flexible Compensation (ECFC). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Penn State University.
