As Lead Veterinarian at the Humane Society of Delaware County from 2022 to 2023, she managed high-volume caseloads involving multiple species, implemented workflow improvements, and performed a wide range of routine and complex procedures. She later served as an Associate Veterinarian at Gigi’s, where she specialized in high-volume spay and neuter surgeries, dental procedures, and advanced treatment of parvovirus using monoclonal antibody therapies. Her work with the Licking County Humane Society further highlights her commitment to community care, where she led vaccine clinics and provided preventative services while maintaining strong client relationships.

Dr. Wolfingbarger brings extensive surgical and diagnostic expertise, having performed thousands of spay and neuter procedures and contributed to complex surgeries including limb amputations, splenectomies, cystotomies, and foreign body removals. Her clinical skill set also includes emergency triage, disease identification, outbreak prevention, and advanced procedures such as prophylactic gastropexy, perineal urethrostomy, and corrective surgeries for conditions like entropion and pyometra.
