The new collection, titled “Mark Spears Monsters Halloween Edition Trading Cards,” features 92 monster art cards with 7 sticker cards along and 4 parallel sets. Each “Hobby Box” will contain 160 randomized cards inside.
Mark Spears, who grew up in the Huntsville Alabama area, has worked for Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Upper Deck, and Image Comics was the Rondo Hatton Awards Artist Of The Year for 2020 and was runner-up for Artist of the Year in 2021. He has also been nominated multiple times for his magazine covers.
Early backers can secure their own complete “Monster Sets” or boxes of cards that will come with exclusive cards that will only be available on Kickstarter. Expect to see the trading cards on Amazon, Walmart, and maybe even at your favorite comic shop or toy store near you this fall.
