Markham, Ontario Jul 8, 2019 (Issuewire.com)  - The Home Depot Canada York Region stores have raised $16, 578.00 for 360°kids, through in-store and online donations during The Orange Door Project fundraising campaign. 360°kids will use the donations to further the programs and services aimed towards helping children and youth afflicted by homelessness reintegrate into society with the skills needed to thrive and flourish, leading to full independence.

“I want to thank our customers and our associates for rallying behind this important cause,” said Pam O’Rourke, chair, The Home Depot Canada Foundation, and vice-president, merchandising, The Home Depot Canada. “Youth homelessness exists in all of our communities, and the generous donations provided during The Orange Door Project campaign, helps 120 charity partners provide the local support needed to help secure brighter futures for vulnerable or homeless youth.”

Clovis Grant, CEO of 360°kids adds, “No young person deserves to be homeless. 360°kids are grateful and honored to be the chosen recipient of the funds from the Home Depot Orange Door Campaign for the participating York Region stores. It helps us provide needed services for homeless and at-risk youth to help them achieve greater independence and to accomplish their personal goals. Thank you Home Depot.”
