20Eats.com: Low-Cost Alternative for Restaurant Takeout/Delivery

Miami, Florida Apr 22, 2020 (Issuewire.com)  - At a time when both restaurants and the public are dealing with serious restrictions and financial hardship because of COVID-19, 20Eats  is offering a cost-effective and efficient alternative with the release of its 20Eats.com app upgrade.

“This service is what restaurants are begging for during this pandemic and beyond,” said Rick Lozano, Founder & CEO of 20Eats, LLC. “It eliminates costly third-party delivery services that put a huge dent in their bottom lines, and it’s free for the consumer, so it’s a win-win.”

Founded in 2019 and based in Miami, 20Eats is one of the leaders for ordering food online. Their program allows customers to order food for immediate pickup, or they can schedule delivery for up to a week in advance.  The latest app release is focused on today’s mobile and online ordering during the coronavirus pandemic.

Normally restaurants pay a low app listing monthly fee of $39 per month and a one-time $69 set up fee, to generate leads through the 20Eats app.  The app’s settings allow restaurants to select the redirect of the call to action to either their website’s menu page, a third-party menu or upgrade to Pickup Eats $49 flat fee online interactive order menu allowing customers to send real time orders directly to the restaurants order taking app. In addition, a “Call Now” button can also be added that will initiate a phone call to the restaurant.

Because of the current pandemic, 20Eats is committed to helping restaurants by partnering with local chambers of commerce to introduce a "Risk Free Program".  For the next 3 months, if any participating restaurant on Pickup Eats online ordering cloud platform fails to generate a minimum of three times the revenue of their monthly subscription fee, 20Eats will drop the charges for that month.  In addition, partner benefits such as a 30% discount for the next 90 days will be passed down to chamber member restaurants.

Positive Impact for Restaurants

Restaurants nationwide have already benefited from the 20Eats app upgrade. Allan Retail Group partnered with the Economic Development Corporation of Celina, Texas to sponsor 23 of their local restaurants with this upgrade.  It has proven to be a tremendous benefit during these difficult times. One of their recent case studies showed incredible results in just two weeks:  110% increase in orders, 517% increase in sales volume, 96% increase in website visitors.

“These are the results that we want for all of our partner restaurants,” says Lozano. “This was a game changer,” said Dorothy Allan, CEO, of the Allan Retail Group. “With our restaurants listed on the 20Eats app, the community has found easy access in one place to order online while helping their local restaurants. We like knowing that the benefit for the restaurants will be long term”.

For restaurant customers, the app allows them to see which restaurants in their immediate area are still open, along with their menus, hours, location, online ordering capability and other pertinent information. Especially now, the ease of having deliciously prepared food available for pick up or delivered safely to your home is very appealing. The 20Eats App is available for immediate download from App stores.
