This is a self-evaluation, self-discovery, and clarity process through group activities, research, and experiential learning. Students ultimately learn what is a good “starting point” for their career based on their strengths, passions, and personal values. Students will have the opportunity to take both MBTI and iStartStrong Assessments and receive a personalized report on each. They will learn about and research different career paths, conduct informational interviews with working professionals, engage with guest speakers, and network with other students from the Pittsburgh and Houston regions – and around the country.
