The Key Bridge Foundation Unveils New Advisory Council, Seeks Additional Members

Committee of community members will influence organizational decisions and act as ambassadors for the Community Mediation Center in Prince George’s County.

Largo, Maryland Jun 10, 2019 (Issuewire.com)  - The Key Bridge Foundation, a nationally recognized provider of conflict resolution services throughout the United States, announced Saturday the launch of its Community Mediation Advisory Council (CMAC), a committee of community members serving as advisors to the Key Bridge Community Mediation Center in Prince George’s County on strategy and quality assurance. The group’s inaugural meeting as the Key Bridge Community Mediation Advisory Council included nine community volunteers, two staff members, and the organization’s AmeriCorps member.  “This is an exciting time for us!” said Cawanna King, the Director of the Center. “It’s an honor to be able to work with so many folks in the community committed to supporting the work that we do here in Prince George’s County,” King added.
