Annapolis, Maryland May 31, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Former UCONN quarterback and NFL football hopeful, David Pindell, partnered with Chick-fil-A Annapolis to give back to local frontline workers. Through the partnership, staff members of Anne Arundel Medical Center’s J. Kent McNew Family Medical Center and Pathways facilities received lunch, free of charge. The J. Kent McNew Family Medical Center is AAMC’s stand-alone mental health facility that provides both inpatient and outpatient mental health services. Along with Pathways, AAMC’s substance use treatment center, the McNew Family Medical Center is part of AAMC’s integrated behavioral health campus.
Pindell met with Eric L. Anderson, MD, FAPA, medical director of the McNew Family Medical Center, and discussed the importance of mental health services in the community. Pindellknew that this was the appropriate time due to May being Mental Health Awareness Month.

The team from Chick-fil-A Annapolis was on hand to deliver the lunches and also thank Pindell for his donation. “We want to take this moment to give a huge thank you to former college football quarterback, David Pindell, who bought Chick-fil-A for the staff at the J.
