Oneonta, New York Jun 20, 2019 (Issuewire.com)  - The board of directors of Friends of Oneonta Community Health Center (OCHC) is proud to announce the addition of new board members, Scott J. Bonderoff, Ernesto Henriquez and Teri Bell effectively July 1, 2019.

Scott Bonderoff has been employed by Bassett Healthcare Network for over 18 years.  He currently serves as the President of O’Connor Hospital in Delhi and as Vice President for Ancillary Support for Bassett Medical Center. Scott obtained an MBA, in Healthcare Administration, from Binghamton University and has a BS in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta. He is a Certified Medical Practice Executive and an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. 

Ernesto Henriquez is the Director of Institutional Research at SUNY Oneonta. Ernesto has an M.A. in Experimental Psychology from Brooklyn College CUNY, and a B.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice CUNY, New York, NY. Ernesto also volunteers as a translator for Spanish speaking patients at OCHC.

Teri Bell is the Patient Access Manager at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, NY. She studied Accounting and Liberal Arts at Broome Community College. Teri is an Executive Board Member of the National Association of Healthcare Access Management.  She will serve the OCHC board as Treasurer.

Opened in 2008, the Oneonta Community Health Center (OCHC) provides free primary healthcare to low income, uninsured adults and those challenged with health care and insurance costs. OCHC also helps eligible patients enroll in the county, state or federal health insurance programs and obtain needed medications and advanced care. Friends of OCHC is the governing board of the 501 (C) (3) organization.
