Mountain Murders: New Edition By: Joyce Zeck

Monmouth County, New Jersey Jul 22, 2020 (Issuewire.com)  - The book is about a very ugly man who kidnaps women to work on his farm in the mountains.

As they die he throws their bodies in a ravine and looks for another. This lasted through 20 years and 25 women. Inside is the story of each of these women.

Mountain Murders: New Edition is an engrossing and enthralling story about Julie and her sister in law Sue. They were working in Julie's flower beds in her front yard on a hot Thursday in May. Sue has been Julie's sister in law for 19 years and they have the same taste in flowers.

They were close to quitting when an ordinary blue Chevy panel van slowed and pulled to a stop on the side of the road in my yard. The gentleman who got out of the van looked like any middle-aged farmer, coveralls, and all.  Once they approached him they saw he was a very ugly man.

His deformed face was mean looking. He said he was looking for a place that was for sale in the area and was lost as he was holding a map. Julie and Sue approached to see if they could help, that's when he pulled out a pistol hidden by the map and said, get in the back of the van. They had no choice and they didn't care what anyone has to say when a gun is pointed out at them!

This is the first book written by Joyce Zeck. She is a 63-year-old woman who is trying something new. She is a widow and bar owner. She lives in a small town in North Carolina and has for over 40 years. Originally she was from a small town in Maryland where she grew up. She has one son who lives in Alaska and a granddaughter who lives in Georgia. I hope you enjoy her book!
