The new site is meant to be an all-encompassing stop for the residents of York Region to gain a better sense of community. The website is designed barebones without any third party influence. It’s designed to be “for us, by us”.
What makes this social media site unique compared to others is there are no limitations to what members can do. Currently, the site features popular social networking features like audio and video posts, member to member chat, groups, business directory and so much more being developed for future rollouts.
York Pride is designed to link the LGBTQ+ community of York Region together and be a safe space for anyone who uses it.
