Leving will explain how he stopped a child abduction after the mother reportedly threatened to kidnap dad’s little girl, on the Dads Rights Legal Hour, Saturday, July 20 on Power 92.3 FM and www.power92chicago.com at 9:00 a.m. CDT.
Dad is a loving father who has always been very active in his daughter’s life. Recently, the mother’s behaviour reportedly became erratic, at times alternating between anger and depression.
Things got worse. According to court records, out of the blue, the mother informed dad that she was taking his daughter out of state to an unknown location. Terrified of losing his daughter forever, but not knowing what to do, he sought help from Dads Rights attorney Jeffery M. Leving, and he got it.
After hearing that the mother reportedly planned to abscond with his client’s little girl, Leving quickly put together his legal team. The Leving legal team immediately went into Court on an emergency basis, seeking to prevent the mother from carrying out her reported threats. Leving argued that the mother posed an extreme danger to the little girl. Therefore, Leving argued that the mother should be prohibited from removing the little girl from the state, and from having any contact with her, and that custody should be awarded to dad.
The Judge agreed with Leving and granted Leving’s client emergency relief, ordering the mother to stay away from dad’s little girl, prohibiting her from removing the little girl out of state, and awarding dad custody of his daughter.
Due to Leving’s work, the reported planned abduction never happened, and dad’s little girl is growing up safe and secure with her dad in a loving and nurturing environment, in the only home she has ever known.
