Lubbock, Texas Sep 24, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - I will be making a statement on this issue at 6:00pm Friday, September 25th, Since Dustin Burrows for Texas, Representative John Frullo, and Senator Perry has since attacked the city of Lubbock by asking Lubbock Mayor Dan Pope to enact an ordinance in Lubbock banning abortions, entitled sanctuary cities for the unborn via Mark Dickson.
Which is definitely going Against the United States Supreme Court Ruling in Roe V Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey, and then these representatives are breaking the Supreme law and costing the city of Lubbock funds to hire a lawyer to do research on this ordinance, and if enacted will cause millions of dollars in tax-payer money to go toward legal fees for years to come, making everyone's property taxes go up.
