Palm Desert, California Nov 2, 2018 (Issuewire.com) - It was announced today that David Delrahim, the President and CEO of Platinum Energy a customer-focused fuel distributor, gas station and convenience store operator with 150 locations throughout the West Coast, has generously donated the start-up funds for the new PBS documentary, “Israel’s Medical Miracles.” Produced by award-winning content creators Windsor Broadcast Productions, this Israeli special will air on PBS to more than 100 million viewers, informing and educating them of this small country’s impressive advancements in medicine.
Focusing on interviews by today’s leading scientists featuring their cutting-edge research and projects, “Israel’s Medical Miracles” endeavors to take audiences inside the most advanced research facilities, labs and manufacturing plants of Israel’s most ambitious medical startup companies.
Mr. Delrahim has stated, “This is an important project, not just for Israel, but for the people of the United States. Everyone needs to be aware of the important life-saving advancements in medicine and innovative technology being discovered in Israel.”
This initial funding will go towards Windsor Broadcast Production’s content research, scripting, and satellite assignments for the 2019 filming calendar. Roland Perez, President of Windsor Broadcast Productions and Executive Producer of the documentary, plans to shoot the entire 60-minute production on-location in Israel with eight companies who are in the development stages of innovative devices and/or procedures.
The documentary will be hosted and narrated by, three-time Emmy award winner, Hal Linden with commentary from scientists, inventors, manufacturers, businessmen, and physicians who are leading the world in life-saving research.
