Raleigh, North Carolina Feb 10, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - In late December, Sheriff Deputy Chris Dickerson was gunned down on duty after being called to a traffic stop in Gary City, Texas.
To recognize the officer’s sacrifice and to raise funds for his bereaved family, the American lifestyle brand Shield Republic launched a “Hold the Line” apparel fundraiser this winter. Through the sale of commemorative apparel honoring the U.S. Army veteran and father of two, Shield Republic Charities was able to present a check to the Panola County Texas Sheriff’s Office for $9,557.49, with all funds to go to Officer Dickerson’s wife and daughters.
