Attorneys to present on child custody in CLE seminar at Leving law firm

Chicago, Illinois Sep 11, 2019 (Issuewire.com)  - The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd. will host the next presentation of the Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar Series on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 6:30 p.m. at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago. The speakers will be noted Fathers’ Rights attorney Jeffery M. Leving, founder and president of the firm, and attorney James M. Hagler of the Leving firm.

The two attorneys, both skilled and experienced in child custody disputes, will present on: “Anatomy of a Custody Case, from Beginning to End.”

“Child custody cases are not business disputes. They are highly emotional cases that affect the lives of parents and children. Lawyers working these cases must know the facts and the law, and it is critical that they understand the personal impact that these cases have on their clients and others affected by the outcome. It is a level of complexity that lawyers practicing in this area must be aware of and take into account,” Leving said.

The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

The Kallow CLE Seminar Series, which began in 2014, provides legal education to family law attorneys and other professionals looking to expand their legal knowledge. CLE credit will be awarded.

Please make reservations by emailing Jennifer Whiteside (jwhiteside@levinglaw.com), as this program is close to its capacity.
