The summer program Artsbridge Leadership Development Program runs for a 3 -weeks. During that time they are an intensive program where students learn their method of dialogue and work in small groups to create a piece of art over the three weeks. The students are challenged to work collaboratively on their art projects, as they address topics surrounding identity, conflict transformation and the challenges facing the complex world we live in. The training model is designed to inspire future leaders to work creatively through their differences to develop innovative approaches to complex human problems.
